We shall be changed; the dead will be raised incorruptible

Corinthians 15:52

52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. The trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

In a moment, and a twinkle. This will be the quickest moment ever to occur on Earth. He describes it as a ”flash moment” not noticeable by a mortal man. This moment, which the Bible describes as a twinkle, is more poignant in human history than any other time since Christ came to Earth and was born in Bethlehem, besides His resurrection.

It will be the culmination of God’s plan for man’s redemption through the grace of the gospel of Christ. The gospel encompasses the complete story of Jesus Christ, starting with the prophecy about His coming to Earth, his before he began His ministry, and the eventual sacrifice of Himself for us on the Cross of Calvary, where His death solved and removed the most significant barrier between man and God, and that is sin.

Sin separates man from God, but God sent Jesus to come and die for the sin of man because man could not stop sinning; hence, the powerful blood of Jesus Christ removes both the shameful guilt and condemnation from man so that he may appear clean, holy and righteous before his creator, for without the cleansing of sin by the blood of Jesus Christ, there is no forgiveness of sin. Why? God Himself paid the price to resolve sin, and no person can enter heaven unless two things have occurred. First, their sins are forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ, and second, their names are written in the Book of Life.

The Marriage Supper of the Lamb Revelation 19:6-9 6 Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns. 7 Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; 8 it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints. 9 And the angel said[a] to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”
